Hello! My name is Mekiyah Marquez, I am a Digital Media Innovations (DMI) major still currently enrolled at Texas State University. The goal is to graduate with a bachelor’s in DMI in Fall 2025.

I have a solid understanding of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, & some C#. with experience in using WordPress & Bootstrap. I’m also very well-versed in a variety of adobe products including but not limited to Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Bridge, & Rush. I also have experience in other applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Canva.

My background in art, design, & photography allows me to bring a unique and creative touch to any situation. Whether it be organizing a workspace, finetuning the perfect post for social media, or tailoring a website to anyone’s needs.

A goal and dream of mine since I was a kid is to be a professional game designer, illustrator, and/or animator, I’ve been learning/practicing how to code and animate for a while, taking it more seriously getting into college. With that, I bring a combined knowledge of computers and art

I was born in Austin, Texas and lived in Buda, Texas for most of my life; however, I still love to travel and explore! I’ve been fortunate enough to visit a variety of places from states here in the U.S. such as Colorado & Hawaii to places abroad like Italy & Greece.
